Lauren Carnill Joins McCarthy & Akers, PLC as Associate Attorney

WINCHESTER, Virginia – McCarthy & Akers, PLC, a Winchester Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation Law Firm, with offices in Strasburg, Front Royal, Winchester, and Manassas, Virginia, is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Attorney Lauren Carnill to the team.

Carnill, a Winchester native, graduated from Hollins University with the highest distinction, and a dual degree in History and English Literature. Carnill received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. During her time at Georgetown, she completed several internships with the Department of Justice and the Federal Communications Commission, and fulfilled the Georgetown Law Pro Bono Pledge by completing 50 hours of pro bono work before graduation.

Carnill is a Winchester/Frederick County Bar Association Member, and a Member of the City of Winchester Social Services Advisory Board.
