Daniel Mitchell

Daniel is the Chief Operating Officer at McCarthy & Akers, PLC, where he applies his operations experience to improve systems, enhance client service, and support the firm’s continued growth.

He began his college education at Penn State before transferring to and graduating from Christendom College. While there, he developed an appreciation for the community in the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding area. In his four years with the firm, he has become a valued leadership team member.

Daniel balances his professional work with a love for sports, especially baseball, football and golf. Outside work and recreation, he volunteers at a pregnancy center that supports women, children, and families in need.
