Breden Arcayos

Breden Arcayos serves as the Estate Planning Legal Assistant at McCarthy & Akers, bringing a strong foundation in legal document preparation and client service to the estate planning team. Originally from the Philippines, she has more than five years of experience working as a legal assistant for U.S.-based law firms that are primarily engaged in probate and estate planning matters.

Breden graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines. She later earned her Juris Doctor degree, with a minor in International Law Practice, from the University of San Carlos, where she finished at the top of her class. She is also an attorney licensed in the Philippines, offering a unique global perspective to her work at the firm.

At McCarthy & Akers, Breden supports the estate planning process by assisting attorneys and clients with the organized, detail-oriented preparation of estate planning documents. She finds fulfillment in helping individuals and families feel supported and cared for as they navigate meaningful decisions and plan for their future.

Outside the office, Breden brings the same enthusiasm she brings to her work. She enjoys singing, diving, and traveling to new destinations to experience different cultures and cuisines. She has also become an enthusiastic hockey fan, proudly cheering from the sidelines and embracing the energy of the sport.
